Pokhara
As your adventure unfolds, you’ll make your way to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara where you’ll be greeted by the breathtaking view of the Annapurna Range.
Once an important trade route between India and Tibet, it is the starting point for treks into the Annapura Himalaya.
It is where we will stay before your adventure into the Himalayas.

Tiik has over two decades of experience, however, her mom would say she came out of the womb ready to support individuals to rediscover their truths through cultivating change in their mental, physical and energy bodies.
Why Nepal?
Tiik was guided to Nepal several years ago on her journey to become a sound therapist which she ascertained in the heart of Kathmandu. Tiik had a strong sensational connection to Tibetan Sound Bowls and a deep desire to learn how to play them. The day the course was beginning Tiik was flying from Delhi and feared she would miss class - but she trusted her instincts and emailed the centre and asked if they could wait for her. These beautifully spirited people told her no problem and they only wanted to ask her classmates if they could wait too. Well they all did which filled her heart!
When Tiik landed at the airport she was greeted by her now dear friend Madan who was her taxi driver and she learned he had a business in tourism. Details were exchanged before he dropped her to her sound class and the rest was history. Tiik discovered there was a unique energy about Nepal and the Nepalese people. Everyone was full of kindness and warmth. The city was a buzz, yet safe and intriguing with its rich culture and history. Tiik knew she was destined to bring people to Nepal as it was the birthplace of her sound journey, but it is also rich in spiritual history. The 10 Day Cultural and Spiritual Retreat is designed to support vessels to deepen their spiritual awareness and enjoy the vibrancy of the Nepalese people in the heart of the Himalayas.

The Spiritual Tiik Nepalese Retreat is hosted by Madan, CEO of Himalayan Hero Adventures Ltd.
Madan was born in the Nuwakot district of Nepal and as a child he had a big interest in trekking and tours. He remembers walking around the Thamel to increase his knowledge on tourism in Nepal which led to many opportunities to interact with hotels, airlines and other adventure trade partners. The knowledge he gained in the tourism industry afforded him the opportunity to become a licensed tour guide in the Himalayan Mountains. Later establishing the birth of his company Himalayan Hero Adventures Ltd in Nepal.
Madan's authenticity continues to support tourism in Nepal and which leads to the perfect collaboration due to his genuine heart.

Which airport do I fly into?
All international flights are to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
Do I need a Visa?
To travel to Nepal as a tourist you will need the relevant VISA. You can obtain this easily upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport paying with USD in cash, however, it is also advised to check your countries government website to check your VISA and entry requirements.
What currency do the Nepalese use?
Nepalese Rupee. Please note, for all card payments there will be
a charge of around 3.5%.
Are there additional charges?
Be mindful of credit card use in Nepal as there is a surcharge of usually between 3.5 - 5%. Any personal items purchased during the retreat.
What is your refund and/or cancellation policy?
