Becoming Aware - this key is the foundation to igniting and breaking patterns of behaviour that keep your lived experience producing the same outcome. Eye teach individuals to review what they are emitting through their behaviours and thoughts. Your retreat will take place around 1.5 hours outside the city of Faro, along the western coast of the Algarve, in a quaint town named Alzejur.
You'll be greeted with a 40km coastline and a backdrop of the picturesque peaks of the Serra de Monchique. The perfect place to find grounding and relaxation.

Which airport do I fly into?
You will fly into are to Faro International Airport, Portugal.
Do I need a Visa?
Citizens from the US, UK, Australia, and EU countries can visit visa-free for short stays (up to 90 days within 180 days), for citizens outside of these areas, it is advisable to check with your embassy.
What currency does Portugal use?
Euros.
Are there additional charges?
Be mindful of foreign currency exchange charges whilst using a debit or credit card
for any personal items purchased during the retreat.
What is your refund and/or cancellation policy?
